Corporate Accounting Intern
The Corporate Accounting Intern reports to the Corporate Accounting Supervisor.
Responsibilities
Accounting interns play an integral role in balancing ledgers, reporting issues, and assisting in various accounting functions within the organization.
Develop an understanding of the operational process and ensure adjustments result in the appropriate application of GAAP accounting.
Prepare accounting for transactions for a corporate entity and ensure all transactions are accounted for in accordance with GAAP.
Prepare consolidated inter-company billings for various processes.
Perform month-end close for a corporate entity including review of reconciliations, review of month-end balances and researching of income statement variances.
Assist in the preparation of monthly reports for internal and external reporting.
Other projects as required.

Pay
Hourly: $21/hour
